Why do I have white buildup on my faucets?
It's most likely due to hard water, call or bring a water sample for a free water analysis.
Why do I have air in my water lines?
It depends on what type of tank that you have. If you have a galvanized tank it's probably a defective air volume control valve. If you have a diaphragm/bladder tank you may have a problem in the well down hole.
Why is my pressure surging?
There are several things that will cause surging pressure. It's best to give us a call to diagnose and repair soon, if surging continues it could lead to an expensive repair.
My pressure relief valve is leaking, can I plug it?
No, if your pressure relief valve is leaking it needs to be replaced.
Why do I have reddish brown stains in my toilet?

How often do I need to add salt to my brine tank for my water softener?
This depends on water softener size, type, and water usage. It's a good idea to keep salt above water level, or about halfway in your brine tank.
Why is my tank sweating?
This is usually due to condensation when the outside temperature and humidity are high.
Why does my well stop working when it rains?
In some cases it is due to an electrical short in the wire going to the well. Give us a call and we gladly come and diagnose your problem.
Do I need a permit for my well?
If you have an existing well you can register it with your local groundwater district. If you're needing a new well drilled you will more than likely need a permit or multiple permits depending on your location. Does my well require regular maintenance?
For maintenance on your well one of the most important things is to protect it from the elements like freezing and also a great idea is to treat around your well and electrical for ants and other pests. Be careful as to not contaminate the well head.
Is it safe to store equipment near the well?
Storage of lawn equipment and or fuel is highly discouraged and these products can produce fumes that may be a potential fire hazard due to the arc that the pressure switch produces.
